Why NPC Kung Fu is good for kids

Why NPC Kung Fu is good for kids Martial arts training is interactive and friendships are built through the many hours of training together.

NPC Kung Fu children’s classes have many benefits for the kids attending the sessions. We adopt an age old tradition and value of Kung Fu being a “Family” and equip our students with the confidence and understanding of conflict resolution.

Martial arts training is interactive and friendships are built through the many hours of training together, so our classes are a great way to meet new people and make new friends. Every child needs to have some form of discipline and this can be found in all of our classes.

Our philosophy with our children’s classes is to make their learning experience fun, but with an understanding of the importance of good manners, respect for themselves and others and achievement through hard work. We believe our classes instil many positive attributes and help our children understand that through their own hard work and commitment they can achieve great things.

Here are the main benefits of children doing Kung Fu classes in NPC Kung Fu School:

About Us

We are one of the largest and most respected Shaolin Kung Fu schools in the world.

Our style originates from the Shaolin temples in northern and southern China, and is taught at centres around the world.

We employ traditional training methods which have been used for centuries to teach Kung Fu to Shaolin monks, alongside more modern methods to help our students learn self-defence techniques and improve their fitness.
