Building friendships

Friends

We adopt an age old tradition and value of Kung Fu being a “Family” and a lot of the students who have trained with us for many years recognise and appreciate this.

Our classes are a great way to meet new people and make new friends. Martial Arts training is interactive and it is not uncommon to train with a few different training partners each week.

Friendships are built on a shared interest and understanding which is forged through the many hours of training together.

We do understand that coming into a new environment can be quite daunting which is why we have a system in place whereby your child will be helped and guided by a “senior” grade child.  We have seen many students who started together as young children become good friends and have continued together in our adult classes.

About Us

We are one of the largest and most respected Shaolin Kung Fu schools in the world.

Our style originates from the Shaolin temples in northern and southern China, and is taught at centres around the world.

We employ traditional training methods which have been used for centuries to teach Kung Fu to Shaolin monks, alongside more modern methods to help our students learn self-defence techniques and improve their fitness.
