Learning to defend yourself or your family is a priority to most people.
Some people join our classes to learn how to better equip themselves with the harsh realities of everyday life. The understanding of self defence is more than just how to punch or kick. It is more about having a better understanding of awareness and avoidance.
Our classes deal with various aspects of self defence in relation to this and help you understand the psychology of fear, fighting and self preservation. We are more unique than most systems as we do not offer the “theory” but teach from first-hand experience. The system also conducts specific self defence seminars where these aspects are covered in depth.
