Learning something new

Shaolin-33

Our classes are a great way for learning something new and different. We consider ourselves to be the thinking person’s art, engaging our students both mentally and physically.

We have a structured syllabus/curriculum starting from beginner level all the way up to the very advanced grades. We believe our structured teaching methods challenge our students in a way unlike other class activities as our  style is quite broad-based encompassing everything you could need to be an extremely competent martial artist.

Being an authentic Kung Fu school, students are also given the opportunity for learn and understand the use of weapons such as staff, spear and broadsword to name but a few and in addition at the more advanced stage of progression exposure to the animal forms which is one of the many things Shaolin Kung Fu is famous for.

About Us

We are one of the largest and most respected Shaolin Kung Fu schools in the world.

Our style originates from the Shaolin temples in northern and southern China, and is taught at centres around the world.

We employ traditional training methods which have been used for centuries to teach Kung Fu to Shaolin monks, alongside more modern methods to help our students learn self-defence techniques and improve their fitness.
